- Most physicians book a combination of pre-booked and same day appointments. Same day appointments are reserved for acute issues that require more immediate attention.
- Dr. Mundy books only same day appointments.
- Thank you for your patience at 9am as the phone lines are extremely busy.
- If possible pre-book your appointments well in advance for issues that are not urgent.
- Please note that prescriptions can often be extended by pharmacies now and if they are not able to extend, they are often able to give an emergency supply and fax us a prescription request for ongoing medication refills.
- If we have not seen you in the last few months regarding the condition for which you are taking the medication we will likely ask you to book an appointment.
Telephone visits:
- Your physician will call you at your scheduled appointment time.
- Please note that physicians may call from their private cell phones and calls may show as “No caller ID”.
- Please ensure your phone setting accept calls from “unidentified callers” and that your ringer is turned on.
Appointment Tips & Guidelines
Please take note of the following tips and guidelines for booking and attending appointments with us:
- Let staff know the reason for your appointment. This helps our staff set up the room appropriately.
- Ensure you let us know if the appointment is for a procedure as this requires booking of our procedure room and the set up of specific instruments.
- If possible let our staff know if you are planning on bringing other family members to your appointment as this helps us set up the room accordingly.
- Note that we are a scent free office. Strong smells can be very offensive for patients with certain medical conditions.
- Thank you for always being respectful with our staff. We are always happy to hear your concerns and receive feedback if done in a respectful manner.
